Lecture Title: The Potential of Business Administration—The Business Administration of Potential (2024.6.21)

Business administration, as a relatively new discipline within the social sciences, has yet to become a field that addresses common problems using a shared methodology. In other words, there is still no consensus on how research should be conducted or how findings should be presented.
While this presents a number of challenges, it can also be viewed as a form of methodological freedom, allowing the field to serve as a flexible intellectual tool for helping human communities lead richer, more meaningful lives.
This presentation will discuss how such freedom in approach has produced positive outcomes and what kinds of research may be possible moving forward, inviting participants to reflect on these explorations together.
