神奈川県相模原市出身のラッパー／プロデューサー。
ヒップホップクルー SD JUNKSTA のリーダーとして活動を開始し、2007年にソロ1stアルバム「EXIT」を発表。
以降、独自のレーベル YUKICHI RECORDS（諭吉レコード） を立ち上げ、
地に足のついた言葉と圧倒的なリアリティで、日本語ラップの表現を新たな次元に押し上げてきた。

In 2023, NORIKIYO released his 10th studio album “Hankō Seimei (Statement of Crime)”,
