当車は、初期3.8リッター 直列6気筒DOHC SUトリプルキャブを搭載したモデルで、最高出力は265bpsを発揮した。
オリジナルのMoss製4速トランスミッションを5速ミッションへ換装されており、ミッションタッチの向上が図られている。

また、大型化されたラジエーター、水周り関連（ウオーターポンプ）の変換によりオーバーヒートの心配も無くなり、安心して普段使いが可能である。
