本作はぷにぷに電機が“自由と終焉”をテーマに歌詞とメロディを制作し、サウンド・プロデュースは80KIDZが担当。ポスト・ロック的なアプローチで独特な雰囲気を纏ったアーバンなバラードに仕上がっている。ジャケットのアートディレクションは柴田ユウスケ(soda design)、写真は山中慎太郎が担当。
