Young Japanese confectionery artisan awarded by the national confectionery association🇯🇵

Oizumi-san is famous for his skills in making the most beautiful Wagashi (or confectioneries), and has obtained the national qualification of “First-class Confectionery Manufacturing Technician”.

“Hanabi” is made with 5 colorful red bean paste, combining them carefully into beautiful fireworks🎇

His skills are pure art, I was so fascinated by how easy he makes it look even though it’s such a difficult technique to master!

This piece takes time to make so advance reservation is necessary, but there are so many others to choose from!

If you love Japanese culture and traditional sweets, I highly recommend this place!
