As Asuka Okura the junior high school girl, she entered the 5th “Animax Anison Grand Prix” and drew attention for the first time by becoming one of the three finalists among over 10,000 applicants. She went on to make a debut on November 22, 2017 with first single “KOE”, which was used as the closing theme of TV anime series Fate/Apocrypha Season 2.
Her fourth single “RESISTER”, the opening theme of TV anime series Sword Art Online: Alicization Season 2, was released February 27, 2020. The song was downloaded over 100,000 times and became a gold-certified hit. With an irresistible singing voice and live performances, ASCA is one of the singers who attracts attention from the world.

於初中時以本名大倉明日香名義參加第5屆「全日本動漫歌曲大賽」，從一萬名以上的參賽者中脫穎而出，榮獲第3名而受到各界關注。
2017年11月22日發行首張單曲〈KOE〉（電視動畫《Fate/Apocrypha》第2季片尾曲）正式出道。
2019年2月27日發行第4張單曲〈RESISTER〉（《刀劍神域Alicization篇》第2期片頭曲），單曲付費下載突破10萬次，獲得日本金唱片大獎認證。
