Giant Chocolate Chip Good Luck Message Cookie Recipe

Difficulty: Very Easy
Time: 1 hour
Number of servings: 6-inch-cookie

Ingredients:
1 bag (100g) Seria country cookie mix powder
40g (1.4oz.) unsalted butter
1 egg yolk
1 bag (25g) Seria chocolate chips
1 Seria white chocolate pen
1 Seria red chocolate pen
1 Seria blue chocolate pen

Directions:
1. Place butter softened at room temperature in a bowl, mix with a whisk until creamy, add egg yolk and mix well.
2. Add 1 bag of country cookie mix powder, and mix with a spatula. *Add little more butter if the mixture doesn't come together.
3. Mix in chocolate chips.
4. Roll out to make 6-inch cookie.
5. Preheat the oven to 180C (350F).
6. Bake for 15-20 minutes, then cool.
7. Warm the chocolate pens in hot water and decorate.
