マツダファミリアセダンRS（1.5L）をベースに、走行性能を一層高めた限定車「マツダスピードファミリア」。

100台限定で、エクステリアにはエアロパーツを装着し、専用「スターリーブルーマイカ」にゴールド色アルミホイールを装着。

大径205／45R17タイヤ+17インチアルミホイール（レーシングハート）や、専用に開発したサスペンションを採用して操縦安定性を高めるとともに、大径ブレーキローターの採用により、制動性能も高めており、ステンレス製専用エキゾーストマニホールドと、スポーツマフラー（マツダスピード）が装備されている。

5速マニュアルトランスミッション（ショートストロークタイプ）を組み合わせ、搭載される水冷直列4気筒DOHC16バルブエンジンは、1991ccの排気量から、最高出力175ps(129kW)/6800rpm、最大トルク18.9kg・m(185N・m)/5000rpmを発揮した。

★About the Mazdaspeed Familia
The limited edition "Mazdaspeed Familia" is based on the Mazda Familia Sedan RS (1.5L) and has improved driving performance.

Only 100 units are available, and the exterior is fitted with aero parts, and the special "Starry Blue Mica" finish is fitted with gold-colored aluminum wheels.

Large diameter 205/45R17 tires + 17-inch aluminum wheels (Racing Heart) and a specially developed suspension are used to improve handling stability, and large diameter brake rotors are used to improve braking performance. The car is also equipped with a stainless steel exclusive exhaust manifold and a sports muffler (Mazdaspeed).

Combined with a 5-speed manual transmission (short stroke type), the water-cooled inline 4-cylinder DOHC 16-valve engine has a displacement of 1991cc and produces a maximum output of 175ps (129kW)/6800rpm and a maximum torque of 18.9kg・m (185N・m)/5000rpm.
