In 2024, Komatsu was delighted to welcome former Williams Racing driver and 1997 F1 World Champion Jacques Villeneuve to its Komatsu Italia Manufacturing centre in Este, Italy. During Jacques’ time on site, he was given a tour of the facility, met with employees, and left his mark by signing a custom WB97S-8 Backhoe Loader adorned in Williams Racing blue.
