Here's Ryosuke, Lead of the Turbopump team at Interstellar Technologies! His team is in charge of the turbopump, often called "heart of the rocket". One of Interstellar's strengths is the ability to handle design, assembly, and testing of turbopumps in-house. ターボポンプグループリーダー　富山 椋介
ロケットの心臓と呼ばれるターボポンプの設計や試験を担当しています。ターボポンプはロケットエンジンの中でもかなり難しい部品で、それを自社で設計から組立、試験まで完結できるのはインターステラテクノロジズの強みです。
自分自身はロケット業界以外の出身ですが、今回の試験の指揮を担当しています。やる気さえあればどんな人でも挑戦し続けられる、魂を奮い立たせるような仕事をさせてくれる会社です。試験時間はたった数十秒ですが、その数十秒のために何日もかけて準備して、試験中にピークに達した緊張が、終わった瞬間どこかほっとした表情に変わる、その時のメンバーの顔を見るのが好きです。
基幹ロケットの開発に携わったことのあるメンバーの経験や、まったく違う分野から入ってきたメンバーの知見、その二つが重なり合いながら、どんな難題にも前向きに取り組んでいける、そんなチームを目指しています。
