創業80年、海のない栃木県で新鮮なマグロ料理が楽しめる地元で大人気のお店！

開店前から行列ができるほど愛されているお店を切り盛りしているのは、4代目のぺぺさん。

脳梗塞で倒れたおじいちゃんが守ってきた味を、孫娘として受け継ぎながら必死にお店を支える姿が本当に素敵で、胸を打たれました。

マグロづくし丼は、赤身・中トロ・カマトロ・ネギトロが贅沢にのった一杯。
鮮度の良さがしっかり伝わる美味しさで、マグロ好きにはたまらない丼でした🤤

さらに、丼からはみ出すほど豪快な満腹天丼も迫力満点で大満足！

一生懸命に頑張る姿って、やっぱり人の心を惹きつける。
日本にはまだタトゥーへの偏見も残っているけど、こういう素敵な人たちの姿を通して、少しずつでも変わっていったら嬉しいです。

Founded 80 years ago, this beloved local restaurant in Tochigi serves fresh seafood with a focus on tuna, even though the prefecture has no coastline.

The restaurant is now run by Toko, the fourth-generation owner, who continues to protect the flavors her grandfather created after he suffered a stroke.

Seeing her work so hard to keep his legacy alive was truly inspiring.

The tuna bowl was topped generously with lean tuna, medium fatty tuna, kama-toro, and minced tuna.
Everything tasted incredibly fresh, and it was a perfect bowl for tuna lovers.

The hearty tempura bowl was also overflowing with toppings and just as satisfying.

I was also happy to see her grandfather practicing walking inside the restaurant during his rehabilitation.

People who give their all have a way of moving others.
I hope the unfair prejudice against tattoos in Japan gradually fades, even just a little.
