The famous stuffed cabbage rolls made by Miyo Grandma, the blue-haired icon of a long-loved Western-style restaurant in Ginza that has been serving customers since 1948!

At 91 years old, she still works at the restaurant side-by-side with her son under the motto:
“Working for life.”

“We want everyone — even children and people with illnesses — to enjoy our food safely and deliciously.”

With that heartfelt philosophy, they carefully handmake everything while using as few additives as possible.

Their signature stuffed cabbage rolls are slowly simmered for 8 hours, allowing the sweetness of the vegetables to melt into the rich tomato sauce…

And after you finish eating, they’ll even turn the remaining soup into a tomato risotto by adding rice and reheating it for you!
