I've been experiencing a lot of changes at work, with many additional tasks and duties. We sometimes joke that we're all just struggling to keep our heads above water and are dealing with changes as they come. Please bear with me, as some days I might not have the time to reply as quickly as I used to.

I appreciate his honest and direct way of speaking.
In Singapore, many of us speak very honestly and will ask blunt, personal questions like, 'How much is your salary?', 'Are you married?', or 'Why are you still single?'. You just don't get questions like that in Japan, where there's a greater emphasis on privacy and indirect communication.
