BBQドーナツ
2〜3人分

材料：
【A】ホットケーキミックス　150g
【A】牛乳　80ml
【A】卵　1個
【A】砂糖　大さじ1
揚げ油　適量
粉砂糖　大さじ1

作り方：
① 保存袋に【A】を入れてよく混ぜ合わせ、絞り袋に移す。
② 深めのスキレットに底から3cmの高さまで揚げ油を注ぎ入れ、170℃に熱する。
③ スキレットの上に油切り網をのせる。①を絞り、こんがりと揚げる。
④ ③を取り出して油を切り、粉砂糖を振りかけたら、完成！

BBQ Donut Bites
Servings: 2 to 3

INGREDIENTS
[A]
150g pancake mix
80ml milk
1 egg
1 tablespoon sugar

Frying oil, as needed
1 tablespoon powdered sugar

PREPARATION
1. Mix all of the ingredients A in a plastic bag. Transfer into a piping bag.
2. Pour the oil into a skillet to cover 3cm from the bottom. Heat to 170°C/ 338°F.
3. Place an oil drain tray (or a baking cooking tray) on the skillet. Pipe (1) over the tray into the oil.
4. Remove the donut bites from the oil and dust with the powdered sugar.
5. Enjoy!
