2025 was a defining year for Interstellar.

We strengthened our foundation through a capital and business alliance with Woven by Toyota, signed the Hokkaido Spaceport Priority Launch Operator Agreement, secured JPY 8.9B in Funding Rounds, confirmed our first flight customer payload for ZERO, formed a three-party alliance with Toyota Motor Corporation and Woven by Toyota, and expanded our manufacturing footprint with the opening of our Tohoku Branch in Fukushima.

As we close the year, we are grateful to our partners, customers, and team members whose dedication continues to move Japan’s private space industry forward. 2025 marked steady progress toward ZERO’s first orbital launch, and we enter 2026 with strong momentum and clear focus.

We wish everyone a successful and inspiring New Year, and we look forward to reaching new milestones together.
