やっぱりジムにはなかなか通う時間が無いかもしれない🏋️‍♀️

5/9土にドラコンの試合に出て、日曜は体休めて、昨日は都内に出て、今日は体操練習、明日はラウンド予定⛳️予定詰め込み過ぎました🤭

今日はラウンド前日の練習に行けなかったので明日朝に練習しよーっと🤩⛳️

Today was my first gymnastics practice in 10 days 🤸‍♀️Lately I haven’t been able to do a kip even on the low bar of the uneven bars 🥹 I need to get it back soon🥺

But I could still do my roundoff + back handspring 😊I really need to practice gymnastics more. And if I want to improve in long drive too, I need even more practice… I’m so busy lately 😵‍💫

I might not have much time to go to the gym after all 🏋️‍♀️

I had a long drive competition on Saturday, rested Sunday, went to Tokyo yesterday, gymnastics practice today, and golf round tomorrow ⛳️I definitely packed my schedule too much 🤭

I couldn’t practice before tomorrow’s round today, so I’ll practice tomorrow morning instead 🤩⛳️
