2018年横浜で行われたホットロッドカスタムショーに出展したスポーツスター。出荷して2年過ぎました。
オーナーさんもとても喜んで乗ってくれています。

最近なんか調子が悪く、そしていよいよ走れなくなってしまいましたーとレッカー要請。引き上げて早速故障診断。

症状としては、エンジンはかかりアイドリングはしますが、とても不安定。
そしてライト周りがチカチカしている。今回は症状が明らかだったのでテストランはしていませんが、走行しようとするとふけ上がらず止まってしまうそう。

診断してみると、バッテリーのプラスとマイナスのボルトが斜めにねじ込んでありました。
それが原因で接触不良を起こし、今回のような不具合が出ていたようです。
バッテリーやアース不良はよくわからない不具合が出やすいです。不調が出た場合はまずバッテリー端子の増し締めを行ってみてください。

それで解決と思ったのですが、ケーブルに違和感。
点検すると、プラスのケーブルの端子にクラックがあり、ちょっと力を加えると折れてしまいました。ハーレーのバッテリーケーブルは折れやすいです。エボスポの場合はできれば交換をお勧めします。

交換後、テストランを行いましたが、特に問題なく調子が良いです！
そのまま納車することになりました。

As a symptomat, the engine starts and idles, but it is very unstable.
And the area around the light is flickering. I didn't do a test run because the symptoms were obvious this time, but when I tried to run, I heard that I couldn't get up and stopped.

Upon diagnosis, the positive and negative bolts of the battery were screwed in diagonally.
It seems that this caused a poor contact and caused a problem like this one.
Batteries and poor grounding are prone to unclear problems. If something goes wrong, first try retightening the battery terminals.

I thought that was the solution, but I felt something was wrong with the cable.
Upon inspection, there was a crack in the terminal of the positive cable, and it broke with a little force. Harley battery cables are easy to break. In the case of Evo sports, we recommend replacing it if possible.

After the replacement, I did a test run and it is in good condition without any problems!
