声優・シンガーソングライター、1975年10月26日、埼玉県川越生まれ・平塚育ち。相模女子大学短期大学部、中央大学法学部卒。NHK『おじゃる丸』をはじめ、『逮捕しちゃうぞ』『ドクタースランプ』『浦安鉄筋家族』『すごいよ!!マサルさん』『デジタルモンスター』ほか多数のアニメ、ゲームなどに主演や主要キャラクターとして出演。音楽面は、1994年のデビューからこれまでメジャーで50枚以上のCDを発売、昨今はシンガーソングライターとして活動、演奏から作詞・作曲・編曲、演奏、レコーディングまで全てこなす。
