30歳まで東京で暮らすも仕事と生活と人間関係でうつ病発症。
都会の環境が合わないと感じ、自然が多い場所を求めて長野へ移住。
現在はストレスフリーな暮らしと四季折々の自然を楽しんでいます。
移住生活も8年目に。
